Laura holds a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Languages and a Master’s degree in Public and Municipal Administration.

She is currently a PhD candidate

in Economics and Management of the Economy and Its Sectors (Ը.00.02) at the Academy of Public Administration of the Republic of Armenia. She is a graduate of the Netherlands-based AIHR Academy and has completed professional training programs in HRBP, PHR, and CMC. She is also a certified specialist in ISO 20700 Management Consulting Standards (ISO 20700). Laura is a lecturer at the (PAARA). HR expert at the Mantashyants Entrepreneurs Union, and a business consultant.
